Entry #10. Summer Improvements

  Things I will be Improving on this Summer This summer I will take a break from school and not attend the summer semester. I will return in the fall. But for now, I feel like I should improve on a couple of things while I have the extra time.  Below I will provide a list of what I plan to better myself in during the summer break and some strategies or how I will achieve my goal.  Mental Health For me, mental health is really important because it is something that if not taken seriously, can affect most part of someone's day. According to Wikipedia , mental health can be described as it "[ encompassing] emotional, psychological, and social well-being, influencing cognition, perception, and behavior". To better my mental health, I plan to discuss my feelings and emotions with someone I trust, so that I don't have to hold everything in.
